be autoclaved, suitable for multi-channel pipettes and automated
equipment, the products mainly have square hole round bottom,
square hole pointed bottom, I-beam, shallow hole plate, etc., in
line with SBS regulations, can be stable stack high, reliable
sealing, the upper part of the hole plate is flat and uniform, to
ensure the effectiveness of sealing, optional irradiation
sterilization.

noted:
(1) Avoid cross-contamination: In the process of sampling and
spiking, different pipettes and tips need to be used to avoid
cross-contamination between different samples.
(2) Reduce evaporation: placing a microporous membrane above the
covering membrane can reduce the evaporation and volatilization of
the reaction solution.
(3) Avoid plate deformation: When adding reaction solution, pay
attention to avoid adding the reaction solution on the same side of
the orifice to avoid plate deformation and uneven reaction.
(4) Avoid contamination: In the process of using PCR plates, it is
necessary to maintain a hygienic laboratory environment to avoid
contamination by dust and bacteria.
How to use the 96-well PCR plate
Before using the 96-well PCR plate, pre-treatment is required to
ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experiment. The specific
steps are as follows
(1) Place the PCR plate on ice and allow its surface to cool.
(2) Add samples to the PCR plate, taking care to prevent
contamination and mixing of samples.
(3) Add the PCR reaction solution, adding the reactants according
to the ratio in the experimental protocol.
(4) Cover the PCR plate with a transparent film to prevent sample
volatilization and cross-contamination.
(5) Put the PCR plate into the PCR instrument for amplification
reaction.
