Main structure and performance
This product is mainly made of butyl rubber as the raw material of
the rubber plug, glass or PET plastic made of test tube
composition, the blood collection tube to save a certain negative
pressure, the use of negative pressure principle, and blood
collection needle supporting the use of automatic blood collection.
Heparin anticoagulation tube with heparin added to the green head
cap blood collection tube. Heparin has a direct anti-thrombin
effect and can prolong the clotting time of the specimen. It is
used for emergency and most biochemical experiments, such as liver
function, kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, etc. It is
suitable for erythrocyte fragility test, blood gas analysis,
erythrocyte pressure product test, blood sedimentation and general
biochemical determination, but not for blood coagulation test.
Excess heparin can cause aggregation of white blood cells and
cannot be used for white blood cell counting. It is also not
suitable for leukocyte classification because it can make the
background of blood film stained light blue. It can be used for
blood rheology, the sample type is plasma, immediately after blood
collection, invert and mix 5-8 times, take the upper layer of
plasma and reserve.
This product is mainly used with blood collection needle for
clinical collection of venous blood samples from patients.
